GifCities - project by the Internet Archive that aims to preserve gifs back from the GeoCities days. A real wealth of WEB 1.0 gifs, and a must see for any NeoCities creator.

3DAnimatedGifs - compliation of some of the works by Dave Sutton.

MindVis - now defunct social networking site that still hosts buddy and avatar icons on IconHell and AvatarHell respectively.

Texture Library - exhaustive library of 90's and 00's era digital textures.

Cameron's World - you probably know about this already. "A love letter to the Internet of Old". Possibly the best showcase of Web 1.0 design.

Increpare - some nifty browser games coded mostly in HTML5 and/or Java. Source code tends to be avaliable for download, so you can add it into your NeoCities page.

Windows96 - virtual desktop to mess around in. It has tons of programs, such as a built in Adobe Player.

Mr Doob - collection of coding projects. Heaps of stuff to play around with. It has a live sketchbook which you can draw on with randoms on the internet.

Endless.horse - pretty self explainatory.

JimPunk - I really don't know what this is. It seems to be some kind of artistic performance. Somehow links to NFTs as well? IDK man.

Death and Hell - a series of writings relating to and by a figure called "Infek Bin Laden". Genuine content warning for this one, as not only is it thoroughly satanic, it contains some light gore. To me a lot of it reads as word salad, but maybe you can make sense of some of the writings. I will say, there was one section that I found useful on the topic of sigl creation. Still, a very strange website.
